Your Impact
This isn't a desk job-it's a mission. As our Admissions Officer, you will be the public face of the school, the first point of contact for prospective families, and a pivotal force in our pupil recruitment efforts. Your primary goal will be to drive enrollment by converting interest into lasting relationships and, ultimately, new students.
What you'll do:
Be a Relationship Expert: You'll build and nurture strong, lasting connections with prospective families from their very first inquiry to their final enrollment. You will be their trusted guide through the admissions journey, ensuring every family feels welcomed and valued.
Lead the Way: Take ownership of the entire admissions pipeline. Your strategic approach will ensure a seamless process from school tours and assessments to applications and final enrollment.
Create Unforgettable Experiences: You'll be a key part of planning and executing impactful events like Open Mornings and Taster Days, giving families a firsthand look at the unique Westholme experience.
Leverage Data for Growth: Use your analytical skills to track and forecast enrollment trends. Your insights will be essential for our leadership team as we refine our strategies and achieve our ambitious targets.

The Opportunity
