Are you a passionate Science Teacher with a heart for inclusive education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of partner SEN and Alternative Provision (AP) schools across Northampton, and we are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Science Teacher to join these dynamic environments.
Location: Multiple Schools across Northampton
Start: Immediate or after half-term
Contract: Full-time, temporary (potential for long-term or permanent)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who is confident in delivering KS3 and KS4 Science to students with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and MLD. Whether you have prior SEN experience or have taught in alternative provisions, your ability to adapt, engage, and inspire is what matters most.
Your role will involve:
Planning and delivering tailored science lessons
Supporting student progress in a nurturing, structured environment
Working with support staff, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver effective learning plans
