Cover Supervisor - Kettering School

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join a school in Kettering. We have both long-term and supply roles available, paying between £90 - £110 per day.

About the Role:
You will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with their work. Your role is essential to maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting the school's smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise lessons following teachers' plans

  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline

  • Support student learning where needed

  • Report any issues to teaching staff or senior leaders

  • Assist with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people (ideally in schools)

  • Good communication and behaviour management skills

  • Reliability and professionalism

  • GCSEs in English and Maths preferred

Position Details:

  • Location: Kettering

  • Pay: £90 - £110 per day
