Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across Wellingborough.

This is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people who's looking for flexible and rewarding work in education.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising whole classes during the absence of a teacher

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans

  • Maintaining good classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay on task

  • Reporting back to teachers on student progress or behaviour issues

  • Supporting a positive and focused learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • A confident, flexible, and professional approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Legal right to work in the UK
