Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Westminster
Location: Westminster, Central London
Salary: £95 - £115 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
We are working with a thriving school through Tradewind Recruitment who require a Teaching Assistant in Westminster. This is the perfect role for graduates looking to develop classroom skills before progressing into teacher training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to individuals and small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support students with SEND or EAL needs
- Contribute to classroom management and extracurricular activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate with excellent subject knowledge
- Previous youth or education experience desirable
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- A genuine interest in education and student achievement
