What You'll Be Doing:
Teaching engaging and accessible Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with A-Level opportunities in some settings)
Planning lessons that develop numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Adapting your teaching to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners
Working collaboratively within a dedicated Maths department to share resources and best practice
Supporting extracurricular activities such as Maths clubs, interventions, or STEM competitions
About You:
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a specialism in Mathematics
Confident delivering the national curriculum and preparing students for GCSEs (and potentially A-Levels)
Creative and adaptive in your teaching methods, making Maths relevant and exciting
Passionate about helping every student succeed-regardless of starting point
Willing to contribute to the wider school life and work closely with colleagues
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply-comprehensive support is available throughout your induction.
