SEN Teaching Assistants - Flexible & Long-Term Roles
Location: Across London (including Camden, Islington, Hackney, Haringey & surrounding boroughs)
Contract Type: Day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term opportunities
Daily Rate: £90 - £110 (depending on experience and role)

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a range of inclusive and supportive mainstream and specialist schools across London, seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for flexible supply, short-term placements and long-term roles.

We're Looking For SEN TAs Who:
Have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school or care-based experience welcome)
Are calm, reliable, and confident managing behaviour and emotional regulation
Can build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Have a positive and resilient mindset - especially in challenging situations
Are available for either full-time or part-time roles during term-time
