Year 4 Teacher - January 2026 Start | Southwark, Inner London
Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be supporting a vibrant and welcoming primary school in the heart of Southwark as they seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Primary Teacher to join their team from January 2026 for the remainder of the academic year. There is also the potential for a permanent contract in September 2026 for a suitable applicant.

The Role:
- Position: Year 4 Primary Teacher
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract: Full-time, until July 2026
- Daily Rate: £172 - £198 (dependent on experience) for the first 12 weeks
- Payment: Through PAYE - no umbrella company fees!

- Situated in a vibrant part of Borough with plenty of cafes and community spirit
- Excellent public transport links - close to both Underground and bus routes
- On-site parking available for staff
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- A creative and engaging classroom practitioner
- A relationship builder with a passion for inspiring young learners
- Strong classroom management and high expectations of pupil achievement
