About the Role:
As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every pupil feels valued and inspired to achieve their best. You'll work closely with colleagues across the year group to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that support pupils' academic and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in primary education
Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Lower Key Stage 2 preferred)
Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to their teaching
This role is initially fixed-term from January to July 2026, with a strong chance of becoming permanent from September 2026 for the right teacher.
