Behaviour Mentor - Lewisham Secondary School

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Lewisham who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role, providing vital support to students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them stay engaged in learning, build confidence, and manage behaviour positively. You'll play a key role in improving student outcomes and fostering a supportive school environment, working alongside teachers and pastoral staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, or similar settings)
A calm, confident, and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Availability to work full-time in a secondary school setting
