Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Southwark who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role, supporting students with a range of special educational needs in an inclusive and nurturing school environment.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. You'll provide tailored support both inside and outside the classroom, helping each student to access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, or care settings)

• Experience supporting students with SEND (essential or strongly preferred)

• A patient, proactive approach and excellent communication skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
