Are you a passionate and driven Maths Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of mathematicians? Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Northamptonshire in their search for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their successful department. This exciting opportunity is available for an immediate start, or from January 2026 for the right candidate.
The Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll work alongside a collaborative and supportive department focused on raising attainment and fostering a love for mathematics. This is a full-time teaching position, with full planning and marking responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all students
Strong classroom management and a creative approach to teaching
