Are you a dynamic and dedicated Spanish Teacher with a passion for languages and culture? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established secondary school in Wellingborough in their search for a talented Spanish Teacher to join their thriving MFL department from January 2026.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and supportive team. As a Spanish Teacher, you will teach engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of KS5 for the right candidate. You'll play a key role in inspiring students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding, while contributing to the wider success of the department.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 an advantage but not essential)

  • Strong subject knowledge and a creative, student-centred approach to teaching

  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
