Early Years Teacher - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - January 2026 - Full-time, Temp to perm - MPS (Main Pay Scale) - Open to ECT's

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive infant school in Wellingborough to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing engaging, high-quality early years education. About the role - EYFS Teacher

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's positive ethos.

About you - EYFS Teacher

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications welcome from both experienced teachers and ECTs.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for inspiring young learners through creativity, play, and exploration.
