Who We're Looking For

We want motivated, target-driven sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments. You might already be working in telesales, business development, estate agency, or another B2B/B2C sales role - and now you're ready to build a long-term career with exceptional earning potential and purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll combine your sales experience with expert training to:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with schools and education institutions across London

  • Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent teaching roles

  • Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic sales activities

  • Manage a busy pipeline of candidates and clients, meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs

  • Earn commission for every successful placement
