Exciting new opportunity for a Geography Teacher to start in January!
A forward-thinking and successful secondary school in Ealing is recruiting a Geography Teacher for a January 2026 start. This is a long-term, full-time role, though the school would consider part-time hours for the right candidate. Working hours are 8:30am-3:30pm, and the post will run until July 2026 (with possible extension). Pay will follow the Inner London MPS/UPS scale.

Role Overview
Teach engaging, well-structured Geography lessons from KS3 to KS5
Inspire students to think critically and apply geographical knowledge
Assess and monitor progress, offering feedback to aid achievement
Contribute to the Geography department's enrichment activities
Uphold school values of inclusion, respect, and academic excellence
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Degree in Geography or related field
Demonstrated passion for Geography and education
Strong communication and organisational skills
A team-oriented and reflective teaching approach
