About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team supporting students with autism and other learning needs. You will deliver high-quality, inclusive education, develop personalised learning plans, and work closely with parents, therapists, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students' individual needs.

  • Support progress towards EHCP outcomes, including communication, independence, and social skills.

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.

  • Participate in CPD and contribute to curriculum development.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in SEN/autism-specific settings.

  • Strong understanding of SEND legislation and EHCPs.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
