Role: Supply Teacher -
- Delivering cover lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages, stepping into different classrooms as required.
- Adapting quickly to school culture, following existing schemes of work, maintaining continuity of learning.
- Promote and ensure positive classroom management and behaviours.
- Enjoying control of your schedule: selecting placements that fit your diary, gaining experience in varied school contexts and working in different teams.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience
- Strong Classroom Management Skills
- Flexibility and Adaptability - you'll move between different schools, year groups and subjects!
- Good organisational skills, a confident and calm approach to students, and the ability to engage effectively.
