What we're looking for:

• Experience in a special needs environment, or within a mainstream school
• A solid understanding of Autism and other needs
• Experience with alternative communication methods (e.g. Makaton, PECS, BSL, AAC devices) is highly favoured
• A great attitude and genuine desire to make a difference
