SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting an independent school in Newham. The school provides tailored education and therapeutic support for primary and secondary aged students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. They are seeking a teaching assistant with a strong background in positive behaviour support to join their team.

About you:
- Must have a calm and nurturing approach
- You will have ideally had experienced in a similar setting (SEMH/PRU)
- Be able to build trusting relationships with young people
- Have an empathetic approach with the ability to assert firm boundaries and routine
- Have a genuine passion for improving the outcomes of vulnerable young people
- Be committed to safeguarding and best-practice in everything you do
