The Dual Role: Classroom Leadership & Individual Mentorship
Your responsibilities will span two critical areas, ensuring your experience is broad and valuable:
1. Classroom Management (Cover Supervising)
Leading Classes: Manage and supervise whole classes (11-16 years) during short-term teacher absence, delivering pre-planned lessons.
Behaviour & Engagement: Maintain a calm, positive learning environment, applying effective behaviour management and encouraging student participation.
Public Speaking: Perfect your public speaking and presentation skills by leading groups of adolescents.
2. Specialist 1:1 Support
Targeted Intervention: Deliver focused 1:1 tuition to students who need academic catch-up, emotional support, or help re-engaging with school.
Mentorship: Use your recent student experience to build rapport, mentor young people, and boost their confidence and resilience.

What We Need From You
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university degree (all subjects considered).
Confidence and presence to manage groups of secondary school students (11-16).
A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their potential.
Flexibility to commit to set working days or a part-time schedule (we work with university schedules).
