Your Role
As part of the school's dedicated SEN team, you'll support students with additional learning needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You'll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to ensure lessons are inclusive and accessible.
Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need additional help.
Support the development and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Track student progress and share updates with teaching and SEN staff.
Encourage confidence, participation, and independence in learning.

You'll Need:
A bachelor's degree in any subject.
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable).
Full-time availability from November for at least two terms.
An enhanced DBS and references covering the last 10 years.
The legal right to work in the UK.
