Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools
Location - Merton

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives while developing your own career in education.

Key Responsibilities:
Support students in the classroom across a range of subjects
Work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and personalised learning support
Assist with students' social, emotional, and academic development
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs
Help maintain a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with young people
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Previous experience in a school or youth setting (preferred but not essential)
A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development
