We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly and dynamic secondary school in Newham on a long-term temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with students, helping them build confidence, improve behaviour, and fully engage in their learning.

  • Monitoring and tracking progress, reporting on outcomes, and contributing to behaviour plans.

  • Engaging with families and external agencies when needed to provide holistic support.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with young people in a school, youth centre, or similar setting.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
