Tradewind Recruitment is working with a warm, inclusive primary school in Corby to recruit an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from January 2026.

About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to pupils across EYFS up to KS2
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
- Support pupils with a range of needs to help them access learning effectively
- Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with the wider staff team to deliver high-quality support
About you:
- Must have previous experience working in UK primary schools
- Genuine passion for supporting young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach
