Salary: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers in secondary schools across the Wellingborough area. This is an ideal opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or anyone passionate about education who wants to gain hands-on classroom experience.
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will lead lessons using pre-prepared resources, manage the classroom, and support students with their learning - all while developing the skills needed for a future teaching career. Many schools also offer pathways into training routes for the right candidates.
The Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Ensure students remain engaged, focused, and on-task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students with questions and tasks during the lesson
Adapt to different subjects and year groups across KS3 and KS4
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and department teams
About You:
Confident, resilient, and able to lead a classroom independently
Experience working with children or young people is highly desirable
(e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, sports leadership)Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in education and developing teaching experience
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy classroom environments
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
