Year 3 Teacher - Kettering, Northamptonshire - January 2026 - Interviews taking place next week - MPS only - Full-time, long-term

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a well-established primary school in Kettering from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher to join a supportive team and take responsibility for a friendly, motivated Year 3 class.

The Role:

  • Full responsibility for a Year 3 class

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

  • Work collaboratively with the year group and wider teaching team

  • Assess pupils' progress and provide effective feedback

  • Create a positive, safe and inspiring classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum

  • Ability to plan and deliver high-quality teaching

  • Confident classroom management

  • A motivated, professional and child-centred approach
