We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established and welcoming nursery in South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop leaderships skills and guide a committed team to make a meaningful difference to children and families within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and early education.
Lead, support and develop a team of Early Years practitioners.
Build and maintain positive, nurturing relationships with children, parents and staff.
Ensure records, documentation and policies are accurately maintained and adhered to.
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Young People's Workforce or equivalent (Level 5+ preferred).
Proven Early Years and Nursery experience, including previous leadership or management responsibilities.
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
