Behaviour Buddy - 1:1 SEN Support (Liverpool)
Start: January 2026 (long-term)
Additional shifts available throughout December

We are recruiting a Behaviour Buddy to work 1:1 with a child with SEN in a warm, supportive Liverpool primary school. This is a long-term role starting in January, with opportunities to get started earlier through December cover shifts.

The role:
* 1:1 behaviour and emotional regulation support
* Helping the child stay engaged, calm and focused
* Supporting routines, classroom participation and personalised strategies
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

We're looking for someone who:
* Is patient, consistent and calm under pressure
* Has experience with SEN, behaviour support or pastoral work (school or non-school settings)
* Can commit long-term from January
* Is available for some December shifts if possible
