Tradewind Recruitment Kettering is seeking dedicated Supply Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support local SEN schools on an ad-hoc basis, providing essential cover during staff sickness, training days, and planned absences. We welcome applicants with experience supporting students with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• Physical disabilities, including mobility and personal care

• Complex medical needs and confidence following care plans

• Communication difficulties, including non-verbal pupils

• Social, emotional, and sensory needs

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to help pupils access learning

• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and medical routines

• Adapting activities to meet diverse learning styles and needs

• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence

• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

We're looking for individuals who can offer:

• Previous SEN experience with children or young people

• A calm, patient, and resilient approach

• The ability to follow instructions while also using initiative

• Strong communication skills and genuine passion for supporting learners

• Reliability and flexibility, essential for supply work

• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks and training
