Location: Kettering
Start Date: ASAP or September start available
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (with potential to become permanent)

This role is ideal for graduates looking to begin a career in teaching. You will support teaching staff across a range of subjects, assist with classroom delivery, work with small groups of students, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects
Work with individuals and small groups to boost progress
Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
Contribute to the school's pastoral and academic support
Help create an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
What We're Looking For
A degree in any subject
A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude
Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not required
