Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Outskirts of Wigan
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Daily Rate: £89-£109
Contract: Long-term (January 2025 - July 2026)
Tradewind are seeking a hardworking, organised, and dedicated Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant to join an oversubscribed and highly regarded primary school located on the outskirts of Wigan. This long-term position will begin in January and run for two terms until July 2026.
As a valued member of the school community, you will support pupils across Key Stage 1 and help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The school is known for its strong leadership, supportive staff, and commitment to ensuring every child makes excellent progress.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role you will need to:
- Hold a L2 or above teaching assistant or equivalent qualification
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
