We are working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Northampton seeking a Physics Teacher to join their Science department from January 2026. This role runs until May 2026, with potential for a permanent post.
The Role
Teach Physics across KS3-KS4, with KS5 opportunities in some cases.
Deliver engaging lessons with practical demonstrations, experiments, and real-world applications.
Differentiate teaching to support learners of all abilities and drive progress.
Collaborate on curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture where Physics is celebrated.
Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Strong specialist knowledge in Physics; able to teach general Science at KS3.
Excellent classroom management with the ability to engage all learners.
Reflective, collaborative, and committed to professional growth.
