The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will:
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned EYFS, KS1, and KS2 lessons during teacher absences.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school routines and expectations.
- Supervise students and provide feedback on lessons and progress as necessary.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
- Experience of teaching in primary school settings in the UK.
- Strong classroom management skills and a positive, proactive approach.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) and satisfactory professional references covering the last two years.
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
