Requirements:

  • Experience working in a classroom setting is essential.

  • Ideally hold a Level 2 (or above) Teaching Assistant qualification.

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

The Role:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across Early Years, KS1, and KS2

  • Providing individual or small-group support

  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour support
