About the Role

We are looking for Science specialists (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or general Science) who can deliver inspiring lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Supply opportunities vary from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements-giving you full control over your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment

  • Follow school policies and routines effectively

  • Provide feedback where required for longer-term placements

  • Inspire curiosity and encourage scientific thinking in students

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent secondary teaching qualification

  • Strong subject knowledge in Science

  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

  • A flexible, adaptable and professional approach
