Inclusion Support Practitioner - Corby

Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term (with potential to go permanent)

Our partner secondary schools in Corby are seeking Inclusion Support Practitioners to join their teams from January 2026. This is a long-term opportunity to work with students who benefit from extra guidance, encouragement, and personalised support.

You'll be part of a school team dedicated to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment where every student can thrive academically and socially.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to support students with additional needs

  • Helping pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged during lessons

  • Assisting teachers with adapting resources and classroom organisation

  • Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties

  • Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem

  • Contributing to a welcoming and inclusive school culture

  • Encouraging involvement in enrichment programs and extra-curricular activities
