Our partner secondary schools in Corby are seeking Inclusion Support Practitioners to join their teams from January 2026. This is a long-term opportunity to work with students who benefit from extra guidance, encouragement, and personalised support.
You'll be part of a school team dedicated to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment where every student can thrive academically and socially.
What You'll Be Doing
Working 1:1 or with small groups to support students with additional needs
Helping pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged during lessons
Assisting teachers with adapting resources and classroom organisation
Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties
Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem
Contributing to a welcoming and inclusive school culture
Encouraging involvement in enrichment programs and extra-curricular activities
