Nursery Nurse - EYFS
Location: Waltham Forest
Salary: Minimum £100 per day PAYE
Start Date: January 2025
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, full-time, term time only

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and well-regarded nursery school in Waltham Forest, who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team from January 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early year's professional who thrives in a nurturing environment and is keen to make a meaningful difference during the most important stage of a child's development. The successful Nursery Nurse will play a key role in supporting children across the EYFS, helping to create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.
The role will include:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children's emotional and social development
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
The school is looking for a Nursery Nurse who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/EYFS
- Has at least 1 year of experience working within an EYFS setting
- Has a warm, caring, and patient approach
- Is reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
