Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role as a Cover Supervisor in a school located in East London?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join one of our valued secondary school clients in East London. This is a full-time, temporary role starting 1st October.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stages 3 & 4 in the absence of the classroom teacher. You will manage classroom behaviour, ensure lessons run smoothly, and provide support to students where needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, or for those with experience working with young people in schools, youth work, or tutoring.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Previous experience working with secondary school students (minimum yr experience)
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning across subjects
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

Location & Transport

The school benefits from excellent public transport links, making it easily accessible from across East London and surrounding areas.

Salary - £100 - £150 per day (depending on experience).
