Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and adaptable Tutors to work with pupils across the Rushden area, supporting learners in a range of settings including schools, alternative provisions and home tuition.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours that fit around other commitments.

The Role:

As a Tutor, you will:

  • Deliver tailored tuition to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis

  • Support learning in core subjects and/or your specialist subject area

  • Help re-engage pupils who may be out of mainstream education

  • Adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs and abilities

  • Build positive, supportive relationships to encourage progress and confidence

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience teaching or tutoring children or young people

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), tutoring experience, or a relevant qualification is desirable but not essential

  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

  • A patient, flexible and supportive approach

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own timetable
