The Role
You will work closely with teaching staff to prepare experiments, manage laboratory resources, and ensure a safe learning environment. This role is ideal for someone with a science background who enjoys working in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and clear away equipment for practical lessons
- Support science teaching across multiple disciplines
- Ensure laboratories meet health and safety standards
- Monitor, store, and order science resources and chemicals
- Maintain equipment and report faults when necessary
- Assist with demonstrations and practical activities
- Follow school safeguarding policies
