Teaching Assistant - Secondary School
Location: Hounslow

About the Position

You will support students both academically and pastorally while working alongside experienced teachers. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supporting classroom learning across a variety of subjects

  • Working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Assisting pupils who require additional academic or emotional support

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and consistent classroom routines

  • Helping prepare learning materials and resources

  • Building positive relationships with students and staff

  • Supporting safeguarding procedures and school policies

  • Degree qualification (essential)

  • Full-time role

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8:30am - 4:30pm
