Do you have experience working supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)? Are you looking for a new and exciting role in a school that is committed to inclusive education? If so, this might be the role for you!

SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting an excellent primary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The school is located in Leyton.

The role will be to support key students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

About you:

  • Experience: Previous experience supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Understanding: A genuine passion for working with children with SEMH needs and a strong understanding of the challenges they may face
  • Patience and Empathy: The ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic, even in challenging situations
  • Adaptability: A flexible approach, capable of tailoring teaching techniques to accommodate individual learning styles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and therapists.
