SEN Teaching Assistant - Year 4 (Mornings) & EYFS TA (Afternoons) - Full Time

Location: Hackney - Stoke Newington
Start Date: 30th January
Duration: Full time until the end of the school year
Trial Dates: Week commencing 19th January
Pay: £95 per day, increasing to £116 per day

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a terrific primary school in the Stoke Newington area to recruit a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant.

This role will involve supporting Year 4 pupils in the mornings, and EYFS in the afternoons, working closely with staff to support learning and wellbeing. The school has a high level of need across the cohorts, so the successful candidate must be confident, proactive, and resilient. You will be joining a school with high standards, a strong ethos, and a genuine commitment to pupil success.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a busy KS1 or KS2 classroom
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management strategies
• Be able to make a clear impact on pupils' learning and wellbeing
• Have a genuine joy for working with young children
• Be flexible, calm, and proactive when supporting pupils with additional needs
• Experience delivering or supporting phonics would be a strong advantage
