You'll be working alongside a highly experienced, supportive team with over 25 years of combined recruitment expertise, learning everything you need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant.

The Impact Academy - Recruitment Training That Works

Our Impact Academy is a structured training programme designed to fast-track your success in recruitment.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for temporary and permanent roles

  • Writing professional CV profiles for client marketing

  • Increasing placements through collaboration with experienced sales consultants

  • Working towards achievable weekly KPIs

  • Earning commission at every stage of your development

Support & Progression

You'll receive ongoing coaching from your manager, a dedicated mentor, and our in-house training team. After year one, you'll progress onto a Sales Desk with advanced training in business development, negotiation, safeguarding, and customer relationship management.
