As a School HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes within the school. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews and completing compliance checks.
- Managing staff personnel files and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new staff and ensuring all safeguarding and vetting procedures are completed.
- Supporting absence reporting, staff attendance monitoring and payroll administration.
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries from staff and external partners.
- Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership or HR teams as required.
