English Teacher - Hayes, West London

A secondary school based in Hayes are looking for a passionate and committed English Teacher to join their team.
This is a long-term position, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year.
The role is full time, teaching English across KS3 and KS4.
Salary will be paid in line with Outer London MPS/UPS.
Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

English Teacher - Hayes

* Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons that inspire a love of language and literature.
* Support students in developing strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff.
