Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Secondary Schools - Merton
5 Days per Week | Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school environment in Merton. This is a full-time position, working five days per week, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

The Role:

  • Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including those with SEN and additional learning needs

  • Working closely with teachers and the SEN department to support learning, behaviour, and engagement

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where required

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), ideally in a secondary school setting

  • Experience supporting students with SEN is highly desirable

  • A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
