Tradewind is expanding its trusted network of Primary Supply Teachers across Epsom and Ewell, working closely with a wide range of welcoming local primary schools. These schools regularly request reliable, high-quality teachers to cover staff absences, offering you consistent opportunities close to home.

You'll have opportunities to work in one-form to four-form entry primary schools, with the chance to build strong relationships across multiple settings if desired.

What to Expect as a Supply Teacher:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons or adapt your own to ensure continuity of learning

  • Maintain positive behaviour and uphold each school's policies and expectations

  • Engage pupils throughout the school day, including lessons and routines

  • Take registers, attend assemblies, and carry out general class teacher responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment and follow safeguarding procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • A Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) - ECTs warmly welcomed

  • Flexible, adaptable, and dependable

  • Confident with classroom management

  • Friendly, professional, and punctual

  • Passionate about making a positive impact across a variety of school settings

  • Open to working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

  • Able to travel to local schools in Surrey for an 8:15-8:30am start
