Are you a passionate, dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in primary classrooms across Birmingham? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Supply TAs to support our wonderful partner schools on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis.

About the Role:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to help pupils progress
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
• Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
✔ Confidence supporting learning across primary year groups
✔ A proactive, calm and flexible approach to each day
✔ A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
✔ A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
